What fabric weights do you use for T-Shirts & Tops?+
We exclusively use heavyweight, premium combed cottons ranging from 220 GSM to 280 GSM. This ensures all tops maintain their structured shape, drape cleanly on the body, and resist neck stretching after washing.
Do your sunglasses offer 100% UV protection?+
Yes. All Marco & Manal eyewear frames are fitted with UV400 rated scratch-resistant lenses, blocking 99% to 100% of both UVA and UVB rays while maintaining optical clarity.

What is your return & size exchange policy?+
We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange and return policy on unworn items with original tags and packaging intact. If you need a size exchange for jeans or tops, simply reach out to our support team and we will organize an exchange courier.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?+
In the rare event of a defective or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free immediate replacement and cover all pickup logistics.
