Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident in every Marco & Manal piece. Learn how our simple 7-day exchange and hassle-free return process works.

01. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a valid return or size exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• The request must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains, perfume scents, or damage.
• All original Marco & Manal branding tags and dust bags/packaging must remain fully attached.
• Eyewear items: Must include the original protective case, box, and microfibre cloth without any lens scratches.

02. Size Exchanges (Denim & Tops)

If your Jeans or T-Shirt sizing isn't the exact fit you envisioned, we offer fast, seamless size exchanges. Once we receive your exchange request, our team will reserve the replacement size and coordinate the pickup and delivery.

03. Refund Processing & Methods

Once your returned parcel is received at our quality-control warehouse, it will be inspected within 24–48 hours. Upon approval:

• Prepaid Orders (Cards / Mobile Banking): Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are disbursed via bank transfer, mobile wallet (bKash/Nagad), or store credit vouchers based on your preference.
• Note: Initial delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

04. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Every order goes through strict dual-point quality checks. In the rare instance you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate free replacement and cover 100% of return shipping fees.

05. Non-Returnable Products

For hygienic and operational reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items marked as "Final Clearance" or "Archive Sale".
• Products returned without original tags, boxes, or protective casings.
• Items showing clear signs of prolonged wear, perfume odors, or alterations.
