01. Order Processing & Handling
Every order placed on Marco & Manal is packaged with care to ensure garments and optical goods arrive in pristine condition:
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will enter warehouse processing on the next business day.
- Denim and apparel items are steam-pressed, folded, and sealed in branded dust protection. Eyewear items are double-boxed in shock-absorbent packaging.
02. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery Tiers
We provide straightforward delivery rates with no hidden fees calculated at checkout:
- Standard Metro Shipping: Fixed flat rate applied at checkout for major metropolitan destinations.
- Regional Nationwide Delivery: Standard rates applied for regional and outside-city orders.
- Free Shipping Tier: Free standard delivery is automatically applied on qualifying orders exceeding minimum cart thresholds (stated on our website header).
03. Live Tracking & SMS Alerts
As soon as your parcel departs our facility, you will receive an automated dispatch notification via SMS and Email containing:
- A unique courier tracking number.
- A direct tracking link to monitor live transit status.
- Courier contact details for scheduled delivery adjustments.
04. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
For orders completed via Cash on Delivery:
- Our courier partner will collect the exact invoice amount upon doorstep handover.
- Please ensure the contact phone number provided during checkout is active to receive pre-delivery courier calls.
- Customers are entitled to verify the parcel exterior prior to completing payment.
05. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
If you need to adjust your delivery address or contact number, notify our team within 12 hours of placing your order. In instances where an order is returned to our hub due to repeated failed delivery attempts or incorrect address info, re-shipment fees may apply.
